General notes
The website www.st-g.it is property of ICE di Repetto Simonetta & C. sas (“ICE sas”) with a registered office in Via Cellolese 3D, 53037, San Gimignano (Siena) Italy. The company ICE sas sell clothes, accessories, shoes through its direct stores “ST.G”. At the same time, these products may be purchased online through the website www.st-g.it.
The use of the online sales system described in these general sales conditions is exclusively reserved to final consumers (“clients”) who are acting exclusively on their own behalves.

Applicability of the present sales conditions
The present sales conditions are applicable to all sales of the ICE sas products made through the website www.st-g.it, with worldwide delivery.

The client must examine these conditions carefully before completing the online purchasing procedure for the ICE sas products.
The placing of an order through the website implies the total and absolute knowledge of the present general conditions of sale and their complete acceptance.
The client therefore commits himself to observe these conditions in his dealings with ICE sas and acknowledges that ICE sas is not bound to conditions other than these present if not pre-emptively agreed in writing.

The present general conditions of sale are applicable and in force as long as they remain accessible on the website www.st-g.it. Any elimination of these ones from the website www.st-g.it means automatically that they are not applicable to any purchases made after their elimination.

Purchasing Procedure
The articles present in ST.G Online Boutique may be purchased while stocks last in the warehouse, by anyone over the age of 18 who has residence and/or domicile in one of the states listed in the website www.st-g.it as reachable by the couriers.

Orders can be placed upon registration and creation of a personal client account, following the steps and instructions specified on the site itself.
It is possible to place an order in a country that differs from the one of the residence, but it is necessary to choose the country in which the delivery is desired.

ICE sas reserves the right to evaluate and accept of the orders received, and it will communicate any impossibility in accepting the order directly to the client.

According to what is laid out in article 53 of the Consumers’ Code, the client will receive, at the moment of the fulfillment of the contract, a written confirmation for the ordered product, the sum paid, with details of the product price and the delivery charges to be paid by him, as well as times and procedures for the delivery of the goods and references for making any complaints or to receive information on the existing commercial guarantees.

The delivery times will be communicate by email, together with the delivery code of the courier.
Orders may suffer delays in sending and delivery due to public holidays. The following are considered public holidays: 1st January, 6th January, Easter and Easter Monday, 25th April, 1st May, 2nd June, 15th August, 1st November, 8th December, 25th December, 26th December.

ICE sas has the right to suspend the service in case of accidental circumstances that don’t depend on ICE sas itself and oblige the company to stop or delay the deliveries. ICE is ogliged to inform the client of the occurrence of accidental circumstances by 7 days after their occurrence.
If the suspension of the service would be longer than 15 days, the client will have the opportunity to cancel the order and the sum already paid will be refunded.

Prices of products
The prices of the products are inclusive of all taxes and levies, excluding delivery costs.

The price of each product, as well as the total delivery cost, are communicated to the client before the end of the contract. All prices are quoted in Euros and they are all VAT included.

ICE sas constantly checks that all prices indicated on the site are correct, without however being able to guarantee the absence of errors. If an error will be discovered by the client, ICE sas will give the client the opportunity to re-confirm the order at the correct price or to cancel it.

Methods of Payment
Payment can be done by credit card, bank transfer and check.

In order to prevent internet fraud, the payment made through the website www.st-g.it is managed by Paypal.
This company is responsible for the conservation and the treatment in a protected environment of the information concerning each order, including financial information.
All financial information, such as credit card number, expiry date, etc, is directly managed by Paypal that guarantees the security of the online transactions. ICE sas has no knowledge of the credit card details and it is therefore unable to manage them.
For this reason, ICE sas delegates the support of its clients during the entire payment process to Paypal itself, who may be contacted through the website: www.paypal.com.

If, for any reason, the debit of the sum owed by the client is impossible, the sales process is automatically cancelled and the sale automatically rescinded.

The official currency of the ST.G Online Boutique is the Euro. For countries not adhering to the Euro the exchange rate depends on the client’s credit card operator.

Transport and Delivery methods
For the delivery of his purchases, the client can choose his own residence or home, workplace or the private address of the person of his choice, whose residence or domicile is listed in the website www.st-g.it as reachable by the courier.
The delivery of the products takes place at the address indicated by the client during the registration of the payment of his order.

If, at the moment of delivery, the package would be damaged, the client must proceed to open the package in front of the courier in order to check the state of the product contained within.
If the product is damaged, the client must detail all the discovered damages in the delivery form.
ICE sas will repair or replace for free every product that has been damaged or lost during the delivery process, but only if the client has communicated it by email at the address eshop@st-g.it, within 24 hours after the delivery date (in the case of damage) or 24 hours after the date of delivery communicated to the client when the order was placed (in the case of loss). In case of damaged product, the client is also requested to send ICE sas the receipt or any other documents regarding the mentioned product, along with the original packaging.

The client is also required to check that the products received correspond to the ordered ones.
If the products delivered are not the same as those ordered, the client must inform ICE sas by email (www.eshop@st-g.it) and send the products back to the company according to the conditions indicated in the paragraph “Right of Withdrawal” of the present section.

Right of Withdrawal
The ST.G Online Boutique wishes to guarantee maximum satisfaction to its clients.
If, for any reason, the client wouldn’t be satisfied with the order, or if the delivered products wouldn’t be as the same as the ordered ones, he could send the purchased product back within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date, in accordance to the rules laid out in article 64 of the Consumers' Code.
The right to withdrawal must be exercised exclusively by the client and under no circumstances by the recipient of a gift.

The return will be authorized after an explicit communication done by ICE sas.
The client may exercise the right to return by sending a written communication to ICE sas at the email address eshop@st-g.it, indicating the order number for which he intends to exercise the right to return and the reason why.

No return of articles purchased will be accepted without the procedure outlined above.
The client can choose autonomously the delivery courier. The client doesn’t need to send the products back by UPS but we recommend him to choose a courier that provides tracking numbers and advice of receipt services.

The client has the full responsibility in the delivery of the goods back to ICE sas.
The payment of the delivery in case of return is in charge of the client.
The client will be refunded after having received the good back. The refund will be done in the same way of the payment of the order or in a different way if requested by the client.

According to what is laid out in the article 67 of the Consumers’ Code, the integrity of the product is an essential condition for exercising the right to withdrawal. For this reason, any product returned by the client which has been used or damaged will not be refunded.
Proof of the integrity of the product will be given by the seal label which must not be removed. Returns without the label will not be accepted.

Disclaimer
ICE sas strives to provide as the most efficient service as possible, however technical inaccuracies may occur. ICE sas reserves the right to make changes and corrections in the website whenever necessary with no advices.

ICE sas does not guarantee that the information contained in its website is conform to the law of the country of the client or that the products on display are available for sale in all the jurisdictions.

ICE sas tries to present the products and their colors in the website in the most truthful and accurate way. Visualization of the colors of the products depends however on the user’s monitor and the ST.G Online Boutique cannot guarantee that the client’s monitor reproduces the colors in a completely faithful manner.

Apart from cases of criminal intent or serious negligence, ICE sas will not be responsible towards the client in the following cases:
- damage or loss caused by the products (or by their use by the client), notwithstanding in any case the application of the regulations mandatory by law concerning the responsibility of the producer;
- damage that has not been caused by non-fulfillment on the part of ICE sas;
- loss of business or business opportunity.

Within the limits outlined above, ICE sas responsibility may not exceed the price paid by the client for the product that has caused the damage.
